How We Review
Every app on this site is reviewed by using it for its real job. We install the current version on real Android phones and tablets, sign in, read documents end to end, test news and profile flows, and check behaviour on weak connections and nearly full storage before writing our guides.
We verify the details readers depend on: app name, developer, package name, version, file size, file type and Android requirement, all checked against the app information we publish and refreshed when updates change them.
Our guides are written from that hands on record. Download information is only published once the file details match the app we tested, and safety guidance always points to official routes rather than shortcuts.

- Permissions and data safety details reviewed
- Download file details matched against the tested app
Reviews are revisited when ICPV Book updates. If a version changes a detail we publish, we retest and refresh the page rather than letting it age quietly.
